On January 6, 2016, the Board of Directors of Morgan Stanley (the “Company”) appointed Colm Kelleher President of the Company, overseeing the Institutional Securities and Wealth Management business segments. Information relating to Mr. Kelleher is contained in Part I, Item 1 of the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2015 under “Executive Officers of Morgan Stanley.” On January 6, 2016, the Company announced that Gregory J. Fleming, Executive Vice President and President of Wealth Management of the Company, would leave the Company.
