Implemented an automated system to simplify end-to-end recruitment process

ICICI Bank implemented an automated system integrated with many other upstream and downstream systems to automate the recruitment process. The system provides an easy registration, automated communication channel, and smooth interview process. It gives the candidate the opportunity to connect with the recruitment manager through video conference call to complete the interview process. In addition, offer-making and releasing to candidates takes just three minutes to complete. The entire process is also made available on mobile app for ease of use.

The implementation of the HR recruitment model accelerated candidate detail screening to just a few minutes. The time it takes to address standard candidate queries was reduced through the integration of chatbot. The system also enriched the online experience of prospective candidates. The officials are updated thanks to the dashboard which displays recent developments. The entire workflow is available online from interview scheduling, panel set-up, candidate assessment, compensation finalisation and releasing final offer letter with adequate maker checker control.
